Drop a few slices of our delicious Jack salami (wild forest mushrooms and 5 pepper blend) on a French baguette bread. Add some sliced marinated mushrooms and Mornay sauce: (Make a "roux" with the following ingredients: 2 tablespoons of salted butter and 1 tablespoon of flour. Add a cup of milk, 125 g of grated old cheddar cheese and 1/2 tablespoon of honey). You can broil the lower part of the sandwich before topping it off.
